Another noise ID request please

2019 Corolla LE 70k miles, just bought yesterday. Test drive was great. Drove home no issues. A couple hours later drove from parking garage to store and heard this grinding noise at low speeds. No noise this morning when brought to dealer (of course). Any ideas please?

MO registration renewal postcard recd, car no longer in state

Last month I transferred title of car to daughter who moved to Texas and she has registered the car there. The original title including the filled-out bottom section (Notice of Sale/Transfer) was kept by DMV in the transfer process, and in just about a week daughter received the new title in her name. Just received MO renewal postcard for this car still in my name. Can I presume this car’s status just hasn’t been updated yet so I can ignore the postcard?

Migrate to Teladoc if no longer using Livongo?

Mom 89 has D2 and used Livongo for a long time before switching to Dexcom G7. Now the Livongo collects dust and the supplies are about expired. She’s used it maybe twice in a couple years when she worried the G7 was way off (it wasn’t). She gets notifications to call Livongo/Teledoc to migrate her account but I wonder if there’s a good reason to not just end that account. Any thoughts either way?

Jackson County car title transfer to first-time car owner

Daughter paid for car 4 years ago but it was titled in my name TOD hers for insurance purposes (lowered the cost for young driver). She's ready to take over responsibility and needs a personal property tax waiver but has no Jackson County PPT account. County assessor's website seems to instruct to send a copy of the title and her ID to their IPP email to get an account to request the waiver, but is not specific - does this mean I sign the title over and send a scan of that with her ID? If so, how long does that typically take? Courthouse is surrounded by construction and hard to access these days, hoping to avoid that step if possible. Thanks!

Update for anyone in similar situation: phone was answered quickly and I was told that my understanding of what needed to be emailed is correct but it can take up to 10 business days for the account to be created. We’re in a time crunch so will go to courthouse for the waiver.

I signed up over the weekend for HDG with MOO for start date the first of July, and input required banking info with expectation to switch to CC until I draw SS. Today I see an ACH pmt to United Worldlife for the amount of the quoted premium. Is this normal? I’m not Medicare age until July and have marketplace coverage through June.
