Online Nursery (Houston TX

What's a good trusted fruit tree nursery that wouldn't have a problem delivering to Houston at an affordable price? So far I've used U.S. Citrus to get my Fukushu Kumquat. It was reliable and healthy! Looking for mid-pride peach tree next.

Lower Back pain, with buldge

Ex athlete here that's been in and out of back pain/injuries since right out of highschool. I'm 36 now. I tend to throw out my back once every year or so. But I always have these 1 or 2 what feel like knots in my lower back next to my spine either one on each side of my spine or just one on either side. Currently I have just 1 on my lower right side and it's been there for weeks. I can feel it, my lower back hurts in certain positions. Is it simply just a bad knot? Bulging disk maybe?

1st time garden. From bright green to yellow to now yellow and brown spots. Went from watering twice a day to once a day to now once every other day and they just don't seem to be getting better. I live in Houston. It gets hot out here and can dry the soil pretty fast. Had a bad storm on Friday where it rained for 12 hours straight. I haven't given it water since... it just seems to be the zucchini too, everything else looks great. I usually always check the soil too and it's always dry when I water. Idk what I'm doing wrong...

I am a Merchant Mariner I'm not a driver but part of Merchant Marine work is it's a safe to work at environment so they are DOT regulated. I failed a DOT test a couple weeks ago and am going through the process to get it expunged. Unlike drivers my merchant mariner lawyer said im allowed to work on ships as much as I want during the process. With that said I got a phone call for a contract position with University of Washington aboard one of their research vessels. I would be taking a DOT drug test for the job. Giving them a negative DOT drug test Would they even check the dot clearing house database since i gave them a negative one? I'm trying to figure out if I should even try. I have current work on ships that don't require a dot till next year so they'll keep working me, but this new opportunity pays more and at the same time I don't want to burn a bridge trying to get on with a new company.

I'm not sure if this is the best page for this topic, but I'll make the post anyways.

I am a 36 yo male custodial parent with an extended standard possession order with 30yo mother of my 6yo child. It ends up being I get my child about 47% of the year which is great. So I think it's extremely common to have a pretty rough coparenting situation and that's exactly what I have. One year the mother tried to hit me while I was down, hadn't worked in months and boom I receive a cps case and get served for family court with completely false and crazy accusations. Cps case closed in my favor and the mother withdrew the court case after she basically was an embarrassment in the 1st hearing. That gives you some insight on what kind of person I'm dealing with. So the mother and grandma have been extremely manipulative of my child and now they're messing with the pickups big time. 1st off) The grandmother started working at my childs school and she tried this very manipulative situation where she would watch my child while she does her car rider line duties while I wait in the parking lot and she personally brings her to me. I knew right away it was some sick manipulation shit so I said na ahh, we do pickups regular way. I'm always one of the 1st in her line, theirs no reason to make my child wait and make her feel some type of way right before I get her. 2nd off) the grandma purposely moves swaps with one of the teacher car rider lines to go to my childs then coddles her everytime at pickups and gets my kiddo emotional. 3rdly) the mother just threw in my face that she now has an interview at my childs school and she'll be around her all the time, pickups drop offs everything. I I can understand that you want to be around your child and working with them at the same time basically is pretty awesome, but this situation involves their spite towards me and emotional manipulation on my child. Should I say something to the school? Would they even do anything? Hiring the mother at their school would be a huge conflict of interest and make the struggles my child and I have been going through much more difficult
