Hello everyone

i got my essix retainer on 23rd april only for my upper

I had LBR on upper but the wire and composite debonded so the dentist removed the remained composite and gave me my essix

but he had taken the impression with the lbr

but i m wearing it without lbr and it is loose now it falls when i speak very loudly or when i stress certain words

tho i wear it at night times only

but theres saliva accumulation and whenever i wakeup it smells little bad

what should i do ?

few days ago I posted my makeup

yall suggested me so many things and you yall motivated me

so many people said I looked beautiful and honestly it boosted my self esteem

I didn’t change the lips thou I didn’t feel comfortable in lighter shade
