Ive been meaning to learn pashto but i find it really difficult to look for sources that are actually helpful in learning, i just feel like its a really complex language and hard to learn by reading, theres also hardly a lot of channels online about it and I cant just watch shows in it to try and catch on, so if anyone knows good youtube channels or something please help me out!

Ive been journaling for months now, mostly just use my habit tracker, create to do lists and actually write about something maybe once a week, in my habit tracker I js go for the basic things I really wanted to change abt myself this year like working out often, getting 20k steps daily, reducing caffeine intake, the star js represents whether or not I relapsed, and doing my daily prayers and then I like to write down the most memorable part of everyday. This method worked rlly well in the start of my year to step out of my addiction and its nit really a heavy list so asking js a little of myself really was the way to go cus it was working great for months, but ever since the summer started I noticed keeping this track qasnt helping me get my intended result instead I was just going about my day and recording whatever I did like it didnt matter, relapsed and would just fill in the square like its nothing, on top of tbat when exams started I just began using my journal to make revision notes and I feel like that made me kind of subconsciously forget what all this was about, does anyone have tips on hiw I can change my journalling methods to kind of restart on everyrhing, I bought a new journal, should I start using that instead and just give it another go hut spend longer writing everyday so im more present in my journal?
Can anyone please let me know the chaoters for bio physics and chem? I checked the pmdc and nums website and theres about 13-14 chapters for bio but my Premed prep book has all the punjab board chapters included so now im confused, please help me out!
I havent recieved my admit card yet and the aku test is on the coming Sunday, ive emailed them 3 times on the email provided for queries but havent gotten a single response and by now it should seriously be here. If anyone knows of a phone number I can contact them on it would be of great help cus I spend more time stressing about the card rn than I do studying for the test
I paid for the mbbs aku entrance test about a month ago but besides the receipt at my email I havent heard anything else from them, no login details to the website no soe or details abt the day of my exam, have the rest of u heard anything?
