After mangadex got nuked there has never been another "complete" archive of the non official translations. Current the site only has the volumes extras of volume 27 and beyond, the translators did post the older ones here but the they were all linked to mangadex. Of course, you can still read the official ones but I personally prefer the fan translation and most manga sites that has the fan translation don't have the extras chapters, also beware of reading in mangago, I found chapter 175 to be missing pages there (already notified the issue to them).

Unrelated but thanks to everyone involved in translating, scanning and editing the chapters, this series has a special place in my heart

About Lucky Star, I think it is the embodiment of the age of anime as a sub-culture instead of anime as a hobby/mainstream, not really a hate towards the current situation but more like the sentiment of nostalgia/sadness for a bygone era
