[Pc][2010-2011ish] CD ROM horror game

I would like to see if anyone knows about a CDRom game, like some 300 games in one CD or something like that, about a detective in a dark mansion, where you enter through some doors, and the doors lead to some horror photos, that jumpscared you while you were searching for clues, ir was a 2d game and you opened door by door and climbed stairs and navigate through the floors(maybe it wasn't 300 games in one, but I remember playing it in a CD).

That's all the details I know.

What to do with a 8 year old notebook

Hi everyone, I would like some advice on Wich OS to use on my 8 year old, Intel core 13 7th gen, 4gb of ram, and a 256 gb nvme SSD, it's my old notebook, i already have a PC that on windows 11 but after a long time without using my notebook, i updated to windows 11 and noticed how heavy and full of bloat ware the windows 11 is, i never used Linux before and would like some advice on Wich one to use, I just want to watch some videos to study, movies and to be a complementary to my Samsung tablet, maybe play some easy to run games and emulators, any advice and tutorial on how to configure is and use is appreciated.

And if changing the os it's not the best bet, what should I do ? Use it as a server for games ? Or something like that ?

The notebook is a Samsung Essentials E30 Intel Core i3-7020U 4GB 1T but I replaced the Hard drive for an 256 nvme SSD
