Siemen Intermittent malfunction trouble

Customer called and complain about intermittent trouble that keeps going on and off for few days now. It’s a Siemens fire panel. The trouble shows “2nd floor mechanical room Duct smoke malfunction trouble” and “IN Input source malfunction” and “Out Input source malfunction”. It comes for few minute and disappears for hours. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

Is this normal water usage for a household hold of 6?

We rarely use water during the day and only wash clothes on weekends.

What is this strip?

This strip fell out from the front of my dryer. Now my dryer is making scratching noises every time it spins. Is this a major safety issue? The 2nd picture shows that the strip for the rear dryer is still attached. Just that front one that fell out.

Fault tolerance test for Annual testing in ontario.

Anyone here from Ontario? Can you explain to me the purpose of fault tolerance test? I’m doing a building and there’s like 60+ zones isolated horizontally and vertically in the field. It’s driving me nuts because we get ground fault left and right every 3-4 devices.
