Geotechnical engineers of Florida: Will watering a lawn cause a house to need to be raised?

I recently graduated in Civil. My parents live on a couple acres just north of Tampa Florida, whole state currently in a massive drought. Cause of the drought, lawn watering is restricted to 1 hour a day, once a week. Their neighbor(I'm sure you can guess his beliefs), thinks the rules don't apply to him cause he's on a private well, and has been watering his lawn for 4-5 hours a day, 7 days a week. And recently complained about having to get his house lifted and how expensive it was(It took everything I had not to laugh at him). He obviously brought this on himself, right?

What is the purpose of stucco on a concrete block building? Just aesthetics?

I live in central Florida (do construction), and a customer asked me the other day if the commercial building he's planning needs stucco or is painting it good enough. I really didn't have a good answer to tell him. It'd give you a little more waterproofing, but is that really necessary on a poured concrete wall?

Why do 2 stroke engines need oil lubrication ABOVE the piston?

Why can't a 2 stroke engine be designed like 4 stroke engines so that the oil is sumped up by the bottom of the piston on the up stroke, avoiding the need for premix?

What classifies as a monolithic slab?

I recently graduated in CE, but while finishing school I was working with a general contractor. On a recent job in the plans it called it a monolithic slab, but during construction we poured the footer, built a stem-wall THEN poured the slab. Wouldn't a monolithic slab have to at least replace what would be where the stem wall is?

Change in water preference?

Anyone else notice a change in the brand of water they like while taking tirzepatide?

I used to LOVE Zephyrhills, now I hate it. And I can't find a water I like. I've tried every bottled water possible, still no. I've tried them on ice, warm, cold. The only thing I like is when I go to restaurants and get it in a glass, so I'd say it's cause I'm getting sensitive to the plastic bottles. Anyone else have a similar experience?

RO system for filtering water I get from PRIMO stations at supermarkets?

I feel like even when I drink bottled water I'm tasting a lot of plastic, so I wanna try a reverse osmosis system, but I need countertop. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, I have well water, but have a pretty good softener at my house, so if I filter that I'd go through filters quite fast?
Anyhow, my plan is to buy water at the refill stations at supermarkets and filter that. My main question is, if I don't want any flavor, do I want 4 stage, or 6 stage filtration?
