Wales, Ordered PS5 from Amazon. Evri hasn't recieved the package, Amazon is saying it was delivered and stolen.

Edit; Thank you so much guys, after all the great advice and ammunition you all gave me Amazon has just emailed me telling me I will be getting a refund, my bank has confirmed that the money is expect to arrive in the account in 5 days.

Please can someone help me, I'm freaking out right now.

I placed an online order with an Amazon seller for a PlayStation 5 Console 1TB on the 6th of August 2026. Costing £544 Total.

It was expected to arrive on or before the 13th of August 2026, which it did not. It is now the 18th of August and the seller has refused to send the item, and declined to reply to my messages.

The tracking number given (T00TLA6515201556) by the seller shows that the delivery company (Evri) has yet to receive the item.

I started a refund process with Amazon as the package didn't arrive and this should fall under their A to Z guarantee, but today I recieved an email from Amazon stating that I need to report it to the police because the package was delivered. But how could they think it has been delivered if the delivery company hasn't recieved it yet?

I don't know what to do or who to turn to, I tried reporting to the police but because the package wasn't delivered I have no location or evidence of a crime ever taking place!

I feel sick this is so stressful!

How to mark folders as 'essential'?

So I'm having some trouble here, in the file browser, I can either show 'all folders' or just 'essential folders'.

Yet I can't seem to find a way to mark folders as essential so they show up when I check 'essential'.

I can mark them as 'favourite' but that just adds a star next to them and doesn't add them to the 'essential' list.

Any help appreciated!

Is there a subreddit for posting mundane day to day things or thoughts?

I was thinking earlier about how during the night, if you get up to use the toilet and bump into someone else doing the same, you always kinda tiptoe around eachother.

Maybe say something like 'oh!' or maybe you barely acknowledge eachother, and then carry on your way with no further conversation, and during the daytime these nighttime interactions are never really spoken of.

I kinda wanted to learn of other people's experiences in this regard but I couldn't think of anywhere to ask that wouldnt just delete the post as 'low effort' or some such.

Any ideas?

Just found a real life example of the posts I see on here about buyers.

Chosing 'not interested' or 'dont recommend' on every Vtuber video I see has broken the algorithm, youtube now just shows loads of random crap.

As the title says, I really dont like Vtubers, I find them creepy and weird, this is a personal preference so please dont get offended if you enjoy that kind of content.

Whenever one of these videos pops up, its usually related in some way to content I *do* enjoy, but I select either 'Not interested' or 'Don't recommend channel'.

I've been doing this for about a year now and finding videos has become harder and harder, my 'home' page is now just filled with random crap as youtube desperately tries to figure out what I want to watch.

My subscriptions tab is just as bad, with new videos from people subbed to rarely actually showing, instead it displays videos from more than a year ago.

Is there any way to fix this problem? I really cant stand Vtubers but blocking them is just causing problems.

Its like the algorithm is seeing 'oh hey, they like to watch science videos, but they didn't like vtuber science videos, so I guess they must hate science videos.

Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions?

Edit; Problem solved!

u/Sidoen helped me out by referring me to How to Reset Your YouTube Recommendations: An Easy Guide

Thanks to them and all the other redditors who helped me to learn how use the 'not interested' and 'dont recommend channel' more effectively going forwards.

Are there any AI friend apps that I can actually connect with?

I'm so lonely and would just love to have a 'friend' app that I can chat to and remember our conversations.
