LMDF PSA: Fire Kick is great against special zombies. Red zombie can give you 2 guns, but...
Even if your guns are weak at later levels when you can get red zombies to kneel and kick them with Fire Kick perk they get significantly more damage.
If you kill red zombie, collect a gun from them, then they turn to Blisterhead and you kill them again, you can get another gun from them. Problem is, most zombies turn to Bilsterheads right away, so you can't use this with them. But there is at least one spot that can have this happen. On Raccoon City Streets map if you run straight ahead to the Super Tyrant gate under the bridge you will be "ambushed" by two zombies: one comes from behind the left truck usually with a spider and another one comes from behind the right truck to attack you while you deal with left zombie. One of the two is usually red at later ranks. So after you deal with them and grab the gun from red, you can run ahead and grab the gun from the box before the gate and then come back. If any of those two zombies still had a head, then they will turn to Blisterheads when you come back. So you can kill the red zombie who is now a Blisterhead a second time to get another gun.

Got lucky with the Enhancer for Melee damage. Didn't help me much with Victor though...

I know I'm late to this. I just got the Switch2 collection with RE7, RE8 and RE9. Been playing RE8 nonstop for the last couple of weeks. Love it way more than RE7.
But it bothers me the more I think about it: what solid evidence did Chris and his Wolf Squad have that Mia was actually disguised Miranda before shooting her to hell? I mean they give you exposition like "you should've told Ethan" and Miranda can mimic appearance. But HOW do they know that? They didn't have Mia at this point so they could say 100% that they have real Mia and whatever is next to Ethan is not. For all I know they could be acting on a hunch, which is kinda questionable... "Oops, sorry, Ethan, you had the real one. My bad."
I mean they could come up with some kind of explanation so as not to ruin the twist in the end. e.g. somebody from the Wolf Squad could say he saw "fake Mia" through thermals or something and add something like "that's definitely not human, sir." But then again, Ethan shouldn't show up as human either....
