Is this demo reel potential?

Heya! I’m an inspiring actor in the uk! I have a few clips for my demo reel already shouting angry, sad e.c.t. And I’m looking for anyone’s opinions if this should go in too!

If anyone has any opinions I would be happy to hear!

Videos that should get pushed randomly don’t

My 2 latest videos have randomly not received push from the algorithm. I’ve been posting videos for a few months now with MASSIVE success I’ve gone from 200 subs to 90k in 4-5 months! Anyway my last 2 videos are normal like always buuuuut randomly getting like no push to the algorithm.
And those videos have good stats too! 10% view to like ratio, each video is a minute long to anything above 70% average percentage viewed and audience attention is good! Which both videos have! Swiped away is 72 for the bottom one and 80 for the top one HIGH!! And average watched is alwase in the 50s!

If anyone I can help with this issue, it’s really frustrating because I’m doing the same thing that I’ve always done and YouTube just refuses to push it. Thank you for listening.

Background Copyrighted music effect visibility

Hey so I just uploaded a short which is currently 8 of 10 ranking my shorts on views despite it having greater than average “average percentage viewed” “swipe away ratio” and “stayed to watch” AND. A really good live to view ratio. My best short in all of these statistics BUTT it has low views 3k when I average around 20k at this time of publication!
I did use like 4 seconds of Mozart in the short and was wondering if that was effect my video getting pushed in the shorts feed at all?

Thank you for reading

Why has YouTube taxed like 60% of all my earnings 😭🙏

Hey I’ve just recently joined the Adsense program and was planning to verify my address and taxes in a few months when I have access to my pin and tax information! I’ve just checked my YouTube studio and for some reason my £350 has went to £112! I was under the assumption YouTube wouldn’t tax anything until my address was verified! But even so I thought the maximum tax amount was 44% not more than half of my earnings. I think I’m just confused with what the numbers and what they mean, like I said I’m very new. If someone with a bit more experience can explain to me what’s on my screen and why £350 estimate revenue turns to £112 I would be very grateful!
