Hey everyone. My previous post got taken down because I asked for support advice, so I'm strictly reposting this as a PSA/warning so none of you have to go through the absolute nightmare I'm dealing with right now.

There is currently a brutal cloud sync glitch that can wipe your money without logging a transaction.

**Here is exactly how it happened to me:**

I was upgrading my new Nightclub. After finishing all the upgrades, I still had a comfortable balance of **over $3,000,000**.

My next goal was the Terrorbyte. I went into the Warstock site, clicked "Purchase", and the game completely glitched out. The transaction failed. I didn't receive the Terrorbyte, and it's not in my garage.

However, my Maze Bank account instantly dropped to **$0.00**.

The scariest part about this bug is how it looks on the server side. Because the purchase failed, there is no $2.5M transaction in my Maze Bank log. The log just shows my Nightclub expenses, and then my balance is magically at zero. The remaining $3M+ just evaporated into the void.

Support won't do anything because "there is no record of the Terrorbyte purchase", which is completely ignoring the fact that my remaining $3M disappeared without a trace.

**My advice to all of you:**

Whenever you are about to drop millions on a vehicle or business, HAVE YOUR CLIPPING SOFTWARE READY. If the server desyncs exactly when you hit buy, the money will vanish, the logs won't show it, and you will have zero proof.

Has anyone else encountered this specific silent-wipe sync bug recently? I want to know how common this is getting.

Hey everyone, I need your help or advice because Rockstar Support is driving me insane and I’m about to quit the game over this. I just lost my entire bank balance to a server bug, and they are completely ignoring the evidence.

**The Setup & The Math:**

I’ve been grinding Cayo and businesses all week. After buying my Nightclub and its upgrades, I had a balance of **~$3.5 Million** left.

My next step was to buy the Terrorbyte (which costs around $2.5M).

The math is simple: $3.5M - $2.5M = I should have $1M leftover.

**The Bug:**

I went to Warstock, hit purchase on the Terrorbyte. The game immediately glitched. Suddenly, my Maze Bank balance dropped to **$0.00**.

I didn't get the Terrorbyte. It’s not in my Nightclub B5 garage, and I can't request it.

**The "Support" Experience:**

I opened a ticket with Rockstar and attached my Maze Bank transaction log. The log CLEARLY shows my balance is $0, but **there is no transaction for $2.5M**. The money just vanished into thin air due to a cloud sync error.

What did Rockstar Support do? They hit me with a generic copy-paste reply:

"We found no records on your account for the ownership or purchase made for the Benefactor Terrorbyte..."*

YES, THAT IS EXACTLY THE PROBLEM! The transaction failed to register on your servers, but my money was still wiped out! When I pointed out that my log proves the money disappeared without a transaction, they just marked the ticket as 'Solved' and ignored me.

I attached the screenshots of my bank log (showing $0 balance and no Terrorbyte charge) and their ridiculous responses.

Has anyone managed to get past these Tier 1 bots to a real human who can actually check account balances before a specific time? I'm missing $3.5M that I worked my ass off for, and being told "it didn't happen" by a bot is infuriating. Any advice on how to escalate this would be hugely appreciated.

I ordered through moonpay and my order got cancelled.. now what?
