the goal was to make it feel less like a collection of AI shots and more like a real animated story with its own atmosphere and emotion.

the difference in facial expression, eye movement, and emotional detail is pretty interesting. 2.5 feels much more expressive here, while 2.0 takes a noticeably different approach.
