I started 2.5mg on Zepbound on Monday. I’ve already lost 5 pounds today on Saturday. Is that normal? I’ve heard that you lose inflammation and water weight first but it’s usually around 3 pounds that first week.

I’m using the zepbound kwikpen to click dose as directed by my doctor. Does anybody know if the amount of clicks I’m counting starts at the first line? Or do the first two priming clicks before the line count?
