Going to crowders mountain this weekend for the first time, we aren’t experienced hikers by all means but definitely in shape. Throw some trail recommendations! Definitely debating between the pinnacle trail, rock top trail, or the backside trail.
I’ve had fine hair my whole life. In my teenage years I obtained breakage/ straw like look by overusing straighteners (as we all probably did) but I stopped as I got older and prioritized my hairs health. I’ve always had highlighted blonde hair but not excessively and always well done (not fried off). Within the last year, my hair has been STRUGGLING. I’ve done at least 3 2-3 inch chops and it grows back, but it grows back broken, scraggly and even finer it seems. I’ve switched up shampoos, conditioners, leave in, everything to try to identify the problem and the only product I can pinpoint using consistently starting at the timeline of my hair being weird is Loreal Bond Repair Oil in Serum. Does anyone else have any weird experiences with this product or any suggestions what else to try?

I want everyone’s opinion on this!! I was so hype to read because of the setting, Scottish highlands, snowed in, etc. I feel like everything was great until the twist, I was just underwhelmed. Was I surprised? Yes, but I feel like the author could’ve done more. What’s everyone else’s opinion?

I’m currently reading Butterfly Garden and it has put me in a reading slump, I like the book and when I do pick it up I enjoy it but it’s hard to make myself pick it up. I’m about 60% of the way through and find myself looking for more thriller recs, is it worth finishing? Is there any twists?
I have fine hair and have lately been noticing mild thinning around my hair line. My ENTIRE life I have pretty much washed my hair every day/ every other day. On the days I used to not I would use tons of dry shampoo as my hair gets insanely greasy irregardless of shampoo brand. When I noticed the thinning I started cutting out the dry shampoo completely (I thought maybe that caused it?) and now have been washing every day. Any opinions or advice on washing every day? Is it as bad as people say?
