23F 5’0 150lbs Vape, drink on occasion (probably once a month if even but not recently)

Noticed these little dots on my legs earlier today and i’m a little concerned. I have a couple small patches of varicose veins on the other leg and i’m a little nervous i’m getting more.

I get the sense that other people don’t take me seriously?

I feel like i’m great at work but I know i can be slow to train and get distracted. I need to be playing with my bracelets or earrings a lot of the time. I used to work at a clinical office with a few other associates and 2 doctors. I’ve been in a clinical environment for a long time, it’s my career. There was this one time I was using this machine on a patient and it just didn’t work??? I went to tell one of the doctors but he thought I was full of shit until I told him my other coworker couldn’t get it to work either and the problem wasn’t addressed until my coworker told them “yeah no it doesn’t work”. I could tell they felt nervous tasking me with things but I was perfectly fine with the patients, x-rays, stocking, documenting. like I came to work early everyday, loved my job besides this aspect, and really cared about it. This would happen with me at a few different places but not near as often. I usually get along with most if not all of my coworkers. Is this an ADHD thing? Is it just obvious? 😭

what should I change in my routine

23f Looking for advice here. I know my teeth aren’t really in the ideal shape right now, I’m going to get a lot of work done. I have cavities in between my teeth and an abscess. About 2 years ago I started flossing regularly, unfortunately i was pretty bad about taking care of my teeth in adolescence. I brush every day, floss everyday. But is there something im missing? Is there a specific brand/type of toothpaste/floss I could be using. I had no idea I had all of these cavities to be honest, Ive never noticed much sensitivity in my teeth or really any pain. I’m going to start seeing a hygienist regularly this year and made my first appointment to get a cleaning and a root canal, I’m just terrified!!

about 2ish hours ago I started experiencing some twitching on my top left eyelid. Yesterday I went on a boat with my parents and got sprayed with ocean/bay water. The spasms are very frequent and I dont know how to stop it. :( is there anything i can do? do i have to see a doctor?

Also had my usual coffee this morning. 23F, vape, Drink once a week or longer, no current medications besides multivitamin, 5’0 145lbs. Only diagnosis I have is adhd and OCD.

New fear unlocked! Recently i’ve been more concerned about my teeth. I’m regular with brushing and flossing but i’m 23 and i went 8 years without seeing a dentist as a child. I had to get a whole lot of fillings and i’m pretty sure i saw a hygienist. Since then ive been adamant about brushing and the past couple years ive been serious about flossing too. My teeth now are fine besides tmj and just at first glance. And i’m only really talking sensitivity wise and aesthetically because what do i know lol.

My question is: how common is this? and is this something most patients have to worry about? I’m wanting to see a dental hygienist asap once i get my insurance and i’m terrified i’m going to feel as if i have loose teeth or gaps. I know my teeth aren’t perfect but im just wondering what could the average patient expect? is there something i should be extra concerned or conscious about?
