I have a buttload of yarn, but can’t decide what to make! I am a beginner and have made a few blankets and plushies, so I understand basic stitching. Can you post some pics of your beginner friendly projects you’ve made?

Also, my sloth turned more into a snowman, so he’s getting a scarf and top hat soon.

I come out and check on her multiple times a day because I love her so much. But something about the way the sunset was hitting her tonight just had me standing in awe of her beauty!!!!!!!

Her mother plant was ruthlessly murdered by a caterpillar and I was worried she was going to have the same fate. Instead, she is guarded by a praying mantis every day. Can you spot it in any of the pics? It’s in there 😉

To other crosseyed cat owners I have a question: does your baby jump on things/mess with things?

I don’t know if it’s because her depth perception or she’s just an angel, but Rubz has NEVER jumped on anything taller than the sofa! Never gotten on tables, counters, or climbed anything except the furniture. She doesn’t scratch things except her posts and doesn’t bother things around the house. Christmas trees are even safe!! Is it a cross eyed cat thing, or did I just get extra extra lucky with this lovey girl?

A praying mantis has taken residency on my spider plant. Every morning/afternoon/night I go and see where it is living at the moment. It has been here daily for about a month! It showed up after a caterpillar murdered my OG spider plant :( I believe it is guarding OGs offspring 😂

This is Bobby. I am just playing around getting more comfortable with crocheting. I’ve kind of been mixing things together to make my own masterpiece. That way I don’t feel discouraged if it looks different than what it is supposed to be lol.

Someone actually framed this for me and I had it hanging up at my house. As a joke I told my kids that I dated Justin Bieber. I didn’t think they actually believe me. That was until I started working at their school and other students asked if it was true I dated him.

Ruby will stalk me while I crochet. Today she kicked up the cuteness.

Does anyone else have a cat that has to have a paw touching them anytime they are laying by you? She will usually feel around until her paw pad is touching my skin. It’s one of the million things I love about her. Bonus pic of the cross eyed princess 💜

Saw another person post their homemade poodle skirt for a school event and had to ask my mom to find this gem. I don’t remember what grade this was, but we had a dance to It’s My Party. My mom made my skirt. 🐩 💃

This is the first plant I have not killed! My son planted it at school for me for Mother’s Day, and I now have some grand children 🥹 (the spider babies I’m only 30 not ready for real ones yet 😂)

I’m in the Midwest so she’s outside until it gets cooler. I’m not sure if I’m doing everything right, but she’s growing and beautiful! But any advice on how to best take care of her and her children will be amazing. Everyone will be getting spider plants for gifts for the rest of my life! 😂💜
