It’s just fiberglass behind this, toggle bolts backed out

Emmons glacier route successful summit. Coming from New Jersey with no prior mountaineering experience, this was pretty fun. The route was pretty straightforward except for around 12,500 ft we had to cross “the fin” a one foot wide snow bridge as seen in the first image. Other than that, it felt relatively chill, you can see the route in the 5th image

Rolled up to the job when suddenly a third of all lights and some other things dropped out. 4 hours later it came back on but flickered like crazy. Assuming a phase dropped out. Workers say this happens every 6 months to the whole complex. Thought it was worth the post

My electrician told me since it’s still working it does not need to be replaced. He went out to get parts and left it open. This is what it looks like
