I got stabbed in the back by my co-founders. I will not promote.

I got stabbed in the back by people I called friends. They signed the papers behind my back like low level cowards and had the VC signed them also behind my back.

They saw the company was doing well and decided to steal it after 2 years of hard work. I built the whole system.

They did it just the same month I got a mortgage...

Who does that? Have you had anything like this happening?

I think an agent that picks up on missed calls and gets the lead back into a business's CRM is ultra saturated and pointless.

I tried dental clinics, HVAC in UK, US. Only rolling eyes... either these businesses are clueless on how much money they leave on the table or they actually don't have that many missed calls to bother.

Have you had any experience with this?

When veneers are attached don't they trap bacteria between them and the tooth? Are they worth it? Do they give you bad breath? Is Turkey a good place to get them?

I co-founded a startup with 2 other (what I thought decent people at the time) and after nearly 2 years they voted to oust me. I built the entire product zero to one and they thought once was done they can just steal my work and sail in the sunset. We got pretty good traction over $300K ARR.

I had a shitty founder agreement so couldn't do much.

I really considered one of them a friend. Now I don't know what to start again and don't feel like I have the power. Hearing the "co-founder" word gives me PTSD.

This kind of betrayal man hits deep.

How did you every recover and bounced back from something like this? Did you built another business? How did you found another idea?

I don't get the hate shown by these HVAC business owners. Every time they hear about a system that reaches back to missed calls via SMS / WhatsApp / Email they catch fire.

I mean I get that maybe some don't need such service but the aggressiveness and mockery is off the charts.

Me personally (not for HVAC) but for other businesses I've personally experienced it: I called a business, no answer, went on calling the next one straight after. By the time the previous one got back to me (4h later) I had already signed with another one.

So missing calls is losing money.

Now these salty angry people - maybe they have not that many calls, they don't care about missing them or they don't know they are missing them.

I dunno really why or what they're resisting against.

Maybe they got burnt in the past yeah but does that mean that every other service provider is a douche?
