Migri requires original documents at service point for student permit renewal but I cannot ship original documents from abroad due to time sensitivity and price (I am a student)
My bank copies are all electronically signed. How strict is Migri in presenting copy documents at appointment for those who have been thru this?

This is the melted piston + melted cylinder head from my summer moped. 12.000 kilometers. Was tuning carburator with higher jet than stock + improved air intake and melted. Still don’t know what s real reason behind this. Installed new unlimited CDI too. Scooter couldn’t go past 45 km/h even on downhill.
How to avoid similar issue with new cylinder kit? I will install a 74cc.
And is it even worth fixing with new cylinder kit + head
I recently pulled the stock airbox and swapped to an oiled foam pod filter. Swapped the stock #85 main jet up to a 92 first had power cutting issue at around 40kmh straight road. same issue with 90
The moped starts right up, idles smooth, and pulls well up to about 40 km/h. But once I hold full throttle at top speed, it suddenly dies for a fraction of a second and then kicks right back in. It didn't do this complete drop in power with the stock airbox setup (that just sputtered when rich).
Could the #90 jet be draining the float bowl faster than the stock vacuum petcock can fill it, or should I be looking at line restrictions/air leaks? Appreciate any insights!

Or of anyone rents/would let me borrow his for half a day!
I tried looking in city libraries but couldn’t find anything unfortunately. And buying the tools for 2-3 time job is a steep price for me as a student :)

Why do finnish motorcycle patrol run mostly on luxury hyperbike Ninja H2 SE or SX when cheaper and equally reliable options exist (Tracer, FJR1300)? Nearly every-time I stumble upon a Finnish police motorcyclist, including plainclothes, in Uusimaa, they are on an H2. These bikes are equivalent to Lambos and Ferraris for police patrol.
Is there a reason for spending more than 3 times of a regular motorcycle on these hyperbikes plus maintenance? Talking about some “budget cuts” but these are meaningless cuts to be serious xD

Are 50cc restricted mopeds legally allowed on bike lanes in finland? I got a moped for summer but wasnt entirely sure if I should go on them until I saw some vespas on bike lanes last time ridden by older ppl.

Owner said he placed a new battery and new fuse but probably still persists. He said everything worked fone before.
What could be the issue?

Given the current surge in groceries’ prices, where can i find some affordable meat. I am an international student with limited budget so I try to nutrimaxx on filling cheap food essentials from lidl and uni meals, but I realized that haven’t cooked an actual meal with beef in a very long time. I miss the taste of a succulent beef stew with real beef morceaux in it. It has truly become a luxury. I miss it. The duopoly (S k mafia) keep raising prices day by day, while our salaries are shrinking due to inflation.
What are some locations in helsinki/espoo that still have okay beef quality that fits within our ever shrinking purchasing power. I also like other beef parts (liver, heart, etc)

Is there a way to ask or find any information about abandoned bikes in the storage room of an apartment building? I am a student on a budget and looking for good cheap bicycle and I noticed that there are so many broken down bikes (faulty gearing, brakes, and wheels) in my storage room that have been left there for over 7 months and seem like they need a little bit of care and maintenance and be used by the next person. However it seems like it’s very hard to know whether the bikes are truly abandoned, and the owner has truly moved out or is it still under his ownership. I cannot get information from my apartment complex somehow. Is there a way to get that information? Theft is not frequent so the bikes are just ignored and collect dust with deflated tires showing age of abandonment.
HOAS sends a notice once per year about removing abandoned bikes in poor conditions without locks from bike storage rooms to free up space for example.
Of course I do not condone unauthorized use of smn else’s property but in the case of bikes i noticed that there are so many abandoned ones that could be used by others.
