D365 Cust. Insights - Journey Newbie - Debugging
Hi all,
I am working with Customer Insights - Journeys for the first time and need some help please 😅
I got assigned a ticket regarding performance issues of segments - but I do not really know how to approach this. Is there any best practice I can use to analyze the problems this app is running into?
In General, do you have any recommendations regarding learning material regarding CI or other Dynamics 365 Apps?
Looks like my company is throwing me in this direction and I actually don’t mind, the problem is nobody in the company has enough expertise to guide me 😅
