I just rolled my ankle 😑 do my AG cleats increase risk of ankle injuries?

Details:

• 34yo pickup player
• The field I play on is cork turf
• I wear Mizuno Morelia Neo IV Pro AG

Please suggest alternative soles if needed. I have shoes with turf studs that I constantly slip in, which seems even more dangerous than the using the wrong cleats...
