I’m losing my mind over this Vinted situation.
I sold a Lego set with a lot of mixed pieces packed it in like 5 layers (plastic bag, duct tape, extra bag, cardboard, plastic box). Only the outer plastic got damaged and a few pieces apparently fell out according to the buyer. The rest is fine.
Buyer reports “damaged parcel”.
Vinted refunds them fully.
Order says “Cancelled transaction – buyer will receive a refund.”
But then the page ALSO says “Vinted is reviewing the case and will reply within 48 hours.”
It’s been a week….
I messaged support 4 days ago
nothing.
No return label.
No return tracking.
No instructions.
Nothing. 🫠🫠🫠🫠
So… is the case actually closed?
Does the buyer just keep the Lego now? And the money
Also the buyer is ghosting me because I asked them to send it back
Is this normal on Vinted or is my case bugged?
Any help appreciated because this is driving me insane.
I bought this in France half a year ago. The photo is also quite, big twice the size of a normal daguerreotype It could be a picture of fizeau and foucault, because of the age and looks. They were two famous French scientist. There is no photos of them when they were young but maybe this could be it?
