Who do you think got Chattermax for the Heeler kids? We know how much Chili and Bandit secretly dislike it, so it's highly unlikely they were the ones who bought it. I got to thinking about it, so there's a couple of theories I've come up with:
Uncle Rad bought it for them. As a bachelor without kids he wouldn't realize how annoying it is, and just saw it as a neat electronic toy for them and didn't put much else thought into it.
Grandma Chris, for the same reasons, but she seems a bit more thoughtful and doesn't seem to be one to chase trends.
Stripe is a likely candidate, as he DOES seem to chase trends and is really impressed by higher-tech toys (Muffin's car, anyone?). HOWEVER, Muffin doesn't seem to have one, so a possible re-gift?
Anyone else have ideas?
Here's a Charger and Firestarter to act as Pirate battlemechs. Pretty fitting designs for some local system scum and villainy!
I'm getting ready for a new Alpha Strike campaign and my Mercenaries, the Axton Cavaliers, are set to do battle for coin and glory! First, we have the Command Lance with the unit Commander's 11Eb Thug backed up by a WHM-8R Warhammer, CRD-2R Crusader, and a VLK-QDD Valkyrie.
Next is the Medium Battle Lance, led by the 2nd in Command in his MLN-1D Merlin. The Clint and Hermes II represent a pair of WTC-4DM Watchmen, as well as a PNT-10KA Panther.
Lastly, we have the Striker Lance commanded by the Captain's nephew in his CDA-4A Cicada, leading a PXH-3K Phoenix Hawk, SDR-8M Spider, and LCT-1Vb Locust.
This company has a good mix of speed, firepower, and durability, and hopefully will more than earn their pay!
Gonna be starting an Alpha Strike campaign soon. Can't wait to get these guys on the table!
Really love the new CGL sculpt!
