My cat had a urinary blockage (went to vet btw) and im unsure how to tell if my boy is in pain?

so i dont know what flair to use so im sorry if this is incorrect.

my cat niamh had a urinary blockage and i took him to the emergency vet two days ago. i had called every vet in my area and only one place had the space to take him same day (he has a history of crystals in his urine/bladder when he was a baby).

anyway they put a catheter in when we were there and flushes him out as much as possible until i had to take him home bc i cant afford a $5,000+ vet bill (i also live in hawaii so saving has been tough) i was able to pay for the catheter stuff (putting it in, flushing it, sedating him) and the meds fo bring home with us. i have been giving them every 8-11 hours (11 bc of my commute to work and obvs work).

i was sent home with prazosin and gabapentin, i know the signs for when to give prazosin (both meds are as needed and im scared to stop them bc i work for the next 4 days and wont be home to see if he needs meds while im on my commute and working (i cant come home at all during my workday bc i dont live near my job)). i have a camera coming in (should be here tomorrow) for when im at work to keep an eye out and make sure i dont miss any times of no peeing and straining so i can take him in right away if he has a blockage again. anyway the problem is im unsure most of all how to tell if he is in pain. he is not very vocal unless its me coming home and when he is hungry. i tried looking at the feline grimace scale but idk what im looking for in my own cat who is a male neutered cat who has a skinnier face? any help is appreciated, thank you!
