Hello, is it normal for my pugs tummy and legs to durn dark? We brought him to the vet but the vet didn't look worried. No meds given as well. She said it's normal for aging pugs. But my pug is only 4 years old.
Is it possible to request a refund and buy new tickets for May 31? There are a lot of available seats that are much much closer to the stage and we want to purchase it.
I accepted a new job that's pretty far from we currently live, so we are moving.
Currently, where we live, my child's daycare is only 10 minutes away, they accept subsidy, and it's a very nice daycare centre. She's been going there for about a year now, and the teachers are wonderful.
With my new work's location, it takes me about 30-45 mins to go pick her up after work. We have found a new place close to my workplace and my husband's as well, but that means we have to look for a new daycare.
I found a new one, but it doesn't quite live up to my child's current daycare. They have pretty good ratings on the city of toronto website. But the daycare itself is small, toys are all over the place, some floor mats seem old, the hallway is small, and I have to go up and down 3 floors to drop and pickup my child. It has the same schedule and routine as the current one though, so it will be a smooth transition for my child I hope.
But the thing that's really making me want to consider changing daycare even though I am half-hearted about it is that I will have more time with my daughter. I can pick her up more early and have more time to play in the park before going home. We will also have our slow mornings back given the new daycare is only 7 minutes from our new place.
We still have 2 months before we finally move in to our new apartment. But I don't know if we could find another one that is subsidized given the long waitlists here in Toronto.
Please help me decide.
I've been applying to different hospitals in Toronto as secretary/clerk. I have the credentials and experience, but not once have I been called for an interview. However, I knew somebody who was way less qualified than me but knows someone who works at that hospital and got hired so easily. Is there ever a chance for me?
