What kind of tribe things you ask?
Mostly planing attacks, find new places to rob and such.
Since amount of abandon places is huge at this place, tribe is having much easier time than before.
Perhaps even become more powerful, who knows.

Ability: Ability to Manipulate Density and Sharpness of things. It is a mighty ability that makes Suika one of the strongest in Gensokyo as whole.
Powers as Oni: Oni's possess great regeneration capabilities. As long as their soul stay intact, they can straight up regenerate new body out of thin air.
You could think destroying her soul might be easy but not really. Arts to exterminate onis long lost to human history and arts that used to exterminate other evil spirits basically not that impactful on them. It would be like trying to kill a lion with a weapon meant to kill cats. Scale just way bigger.
Strength: Universal+, potentially Multiversal

Heaven itself at least 3.7 x 10^152 times larger than universe itself for containing Amitabha, a deity that is way way larger than observable universe.
Also has statements about being limitless, making it infinite in size
Potentially Multiversal as Heaven itself contains more realms inside of it.
At least 8 million as there are same amount of heavens as there are gods and Shinto has 8 million gods inside of it

Potentially arguable to infinite due nature of gods in Gensokyo.

Aside from putting back the heavens in single day which debatably immeasurable due nature of heavens itself
She is as fast as other characters that across infinite corridor of Kaguya.
Likes as Oni: Well, drinking and having fun. She usually just drink and be by standard to most incidents.

I have to be honest: This was more than what I was expecting. I was waiting Reimu to scale at around 5/6D or 12/13D depending on do you buy string theory being part of Touhou but wasn't waiting an outerversal scaling 😭
I have to be honest though: Dream World and it's sheningans didn't convinced me slight a bit as...Doremy never ever ever describe as that of top tier within Touhou. So I doubt Dream World Gensokyo and such holds the exact power of actual constructs.
Though even without that, Hakurei Barrier itself being Outerversal as it is the thing separates Gensokyo's fantasy realm and Outside World's real realm kinda convincing for me.
I also happy about this being actually somewhat an debatable matchup judging that even without pity votes, Reimu capable of getting 2 of 9 votes.
