Suggest a phone to buy with $400

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy a new phone with a budget of around $400, and I’d really appreciate your suggestions.

My main priorities are storage and battery life — I need a phone that can handle a lot of files, apps, and media without constantly worrying about space, and at the same time last long throughout the day without frequent charging.

I’m looking at this purchase as a long-term investment (around 5 years), so I want something reliable with solid build quality, strong battery health over time, and good software support (updates). Smooth performance for daily use and multitasking is also important.

The camera is not a big deal for me — it’s secondary — so I’m okay with something average as long as the overall performance, storage, and battery are strong.

If possible, I’d also like:

\- Good battery life (very important)

\- Decent processor for long-term use

\- Durable design

\- Clean or stable software experience

I'm living in Saudi

Just a normal CS graduate wants additional income.

Yes, as you have read, I'm just a regular CS graduate. I want a successful SaaS project with a high chance of success. I'm not a highly skilled programmer, and I don't have a fortune to invest in my SaaS project. However, I have discipline, moderate programming skills, and money to buy a domain.

NOTE: Years ago, I started my tech blog planning to earn money from AdSense. It ended in failure because I didn't post many articles. (This was before ChatGPT.)
