the guy that i’ve been talking to just disclosed that his ex partner was diagnosed with HIV as a teenager. he said they had never had anything traceable in their blood tests after the diagnosis and took very good care of their health. he shared that he has never had anything stis or stds and it was never a problem in their relationship but they had unprotected sex throughout their relationship.
i feel pretty uneducated on this topic and would love some insight into understanding it better. we have not been physical but i would like to. after the disclosure, i feel pretty anxious and im not sure what to do as im a highly sexual person. are things like oral still a risk with this diagnosis? thank you in advance for your insight.
