Tried the calculator and recommended bras did not fit. Trying again but unsure and still have yet to find bras that actually lift and support. Very confused as to what im doing wrong and need advice

Hello! I (20F) have always had a larger bust and have had bra fitting issues since middle school. Two years ago, I tried this calculator and the size was 36 H. I got new bras in that size and it worked for a bit, but I noticed the same issues. My bras seem to never actually lift and support my breasts as much as they simply cover them, if that makes sense (I do the scoop method when putting on a bra, so don't worry about that:)). It feels like half my torso is nonexistent because my bras don't actually lift and support. I know my band size is correct (from what I can tell) but I do always have it on the last clasp because it doesn't feel secure otherwise. If I tighten the shoulder straps more, it either just lifts up the band in the back, or it cause the underwire to be all up in my armpits. The 36 H bras I ordered were from AdoreMe. While their products are typically high quality, for whatever reason the bras I ordered then absolutely sucked and all 3 broke within a few months with minimal wear. I wasn't wearing them much anyways because of the discomfort from the lack of support and low quality of the bras. I had lost some weight and noticed the 36 H bras were too big (I kept one for size comparison purposes). I did the calculator again and it said I was a 38G. I ordered a 38G bra from ThirdLove and it was way too big. There was so much extra fabric at the top of the cup where it reaches up to meet the shoulder straps. So, I assumed that size didn't fit. I had a few older 38DDD bras lying around and they were the only one's that seemed to fit. However, the support issues I spoke of earlier were still an issue. I was just so frustrated at that point and just went with the 38DDD bras from Victoria's Secret and I've been wearing those for about a year now. I just can't do it anymore though😭 Im tired of having basically no torso because my bras don't lift and support, and im tired of not feeling good in my own skin because I can't find bras that work. I just did the calculator again, but had to do it manually because the website wasn't working. I will put my measurements below. The result I got was in a UK size and im going to try and see if maybe that works better than US sizing, as it is more consistent across manufacturers. Please forgive me if I calculated stuff wrong or have misunderstood something. I just want to find bras im comfortable in:(

Loose underbust: 38in

Snug: 37 in

Tight: 36in

Standing:45in

Leaning:49in

Lying:49 in

Determined UK size (if I calculated it correctly): UK 38G/GG

Does this fit/work on my body?

Hello! I got this dress of ebay a few weeks ago, brand new with tags and for $11. It seemed really cute online and even though I wasn't 100% sure I still wanted to try it for the price. I genuinely cannot tell if it looks good on me or works with my body??? Friends say yes but I'm not sure about the sleeves. It's cute and I want to make it work but I don't know if it's a lost cause. Thoughts?
