Hi, we’re flying in on Thursday. The Apple weather app shows daily rain and clouds for days. Is it really that bad right now?
We would have canceled, but it’s not possible. I don’t feel great about the trip because we don’t want to be disrespectful to the locals going through the aftermath of the storm last weekend.
Although greetings lights are enabled when I approach the car nothing happens. Am I forgetting something!

I’m listening to a mastered WAV 44.1kHz and the metering shows -0.2 dBFS. But when I look at the true peak meter in Logic Pro I see +1.1 dBTP.
I thought these overs only happen when one converts a “hot” WAV/AIF to mp3, or another codex due to interpolation errors.
Can you educate me what’s going on here? What’s the discrepancy between the channel metering and the true peak? Why is the Logic channel staying at -0.2 dBFS?

A few days ago the sound quality dropped. The mixes sound horrible. When I started about a month ago it sounded much better.

I was walking in the park last evening with my girlfriend when we came across an altercation. A Black park security guard was talking to a handful of white teenagers on e-bikes, and they wasted no time calling him the n-word!
He remained very calm and professional while my blood started boiling.
I guess these teenagers live a pretty privileged life in Summerlin and feel entitled to sling around the n-word with no repercussions.
