Hey everyone! Pretty much the title. I'm looking to buy my first car and I'm trying to avoid getting reamed too hard on it. My budget is around $5k but I'd prefer to spend less than that (of course). I've been stalking marketplace for a while but it seems like every car on there is "absolutely perfect in every way" so I'm not really sure how to actually judge their value. Any advice about where to look locally, what to look out for, anything is appreciated. Thank you!

Hey all, thinking about trying to hitchhike up to NC from central FL, really want to get up there but don't have a way rn. Anyone have any advice or know how long I should expect it to take? It's a 10ish hour drive sure but obviously I have no control over who, when, or where exactly.
