Hey all, I'm thinking of creating a mod set in 1940 that sees the success of the Collective Security attempts in 1939, avoiding the invasion of Poland. In this world, Germany is on the brink of collapse, the Spanish Civil War continues, Italy is mid war with Yugoslavia, and the American giant still sleeps.
