Why do Ashe players overlook BC or choose to rush Kraken over Yun Tal?

Kraken Slayer costs the same as Yun Tal but provides much less in terms of raw combat stats. Kraken: 45 AD | 40% AS
Yun Tal: 50 AD | 70% AS (45% without passive)
You also trade Kraken's 3-hit proc for Yun Tal's crit that converts to on-hit for Ashe. The item stacks extremely fast on her with Q and the passive has nearly 100% up-time because of her very high attack speed. The 25% crit ends up dealing more damage than Kraken's passive especially when you consider Kraken scales with enemies missing HP rather than an absolute value. The massive attack speed provided by Yun Tal also converts to damage with Lethal Tempo. The damage is really not even comparable not to mention you get enhanced slows by not delaying crit purchase. With it's extremely high attack speed it enables you to go IE second without feeling like you attack too slow and the two item power spike of these two items are the absolute highest amount of damage Ashe can be dealing at two items. How is Kraken into PD not downright horrific compared to this?

As for BC. Ashe’s Q allows her to stack BC instantly while providing 10 more AD than Last Whisper items. Of course, the best part is the 400 HP. When paired with Shieldbow and BT’s shield you are shockingly tanky for a marksmen. Tanky enough to not get 1 shot by the Assassin even if they are fed. The biggest trade off is the Giant Slayer passive on LDR but since you get BC 4th or 5th you have time decide if you need LDR instead if they have a fed tank on the team.

Games like Suzerain that have more player agency?

A huge problem with Suzerain that I have had is that it feels less like a political sim and more like a choose your own adventure book with a few paths to choose. This is because if you want to go down a certain path you need to make a series of very specific choices, or more accurately you need to avoid specific choices, or the game decides you lose. People have posted much more articulate and better explanations of this problem than me, so I'll just leave it at that.

Can you guys recommend me similar games that do this better?

HOT TAKE: Upsets/Near Upsets keep happening at heavyweight because heavyweights suck.

It is by far the least talented division in boxing and no heavyweight other than Usyk has been deserving of pfp consideration for decades. When Jake Paul switched from Tank Davis to AJ I genuinely thought he had better odds against AJ. Don't get me wrong, he has basically no chance against either but Davis would not have let him land anything. Meanwhile, AJ got countered several times but was simply too big to be bothered by any of the shots. Unfortunately Heavyweight is also the most exciting division for casuals, so most non boxing fans get exposed to the worst boxing has to offer. I don't even need to mention Usyks most recent performance against a non boxer and Fury against a UFC fighter to make my point. Heavyweight sucks. I'd even argue the reason Usyk was so dominant at heavyweight is because he wasn't a heavyweight. He went up in weight and exposed the division for how awful it is. My last hot take is that David Benavidez would have an easier time unifying heavyweight than any other division.
