New flickr app glitch

Posting this here because I haven't received a response yet from Flickr support. I tried sharing an album directly from the new app (Android), but the recipients could not access the album (they got various error messages). But when I tried it again from the website, the link worked. So the web link sharing function for albums is not working on the new app. Hope it gets resolved soon. Thanks.

Totally under-estimated data usage

I live abroad and have a no-data plan. For a 9-day trip back to the U.S., I changed my plan to the $8.00 plan with 2GB, however, I must've totally under-estimated how much data I would need because every 2 days Tello has charged me an additional $5.00 for 2 more GB. So instead of $8.00 I am paying $28.00. Not sure how I screwed this up so bad?

Umberto Gianni Curl Jelly help?

Umberto Gianni Curl Jelly help?

Hi - I just started using the UG Curl Jelly line for my routine - shampoo, conditioner, and gel in the pink bottles. I have 3a/3b low porosity hair. I like the way these products feel going on, and the scent is not too overwhelming. I rinse the conditioner with cold water and then scrunch in some extra moisture. I then smooth and scrunch the gel into wet hair and let it air dry. It looks nice at first, but as soon as the humidity increases just a little bit (I live on the coast), it starts to get very frizzy. I'm talking low humidity too - like anything more than 30%. The hold just does not last. By Day 2, even without humidity, it looks pretty bad. Any tips for getting more hold from these products or how to refresh?

OPM portal shows that my retirement was finalized but also shows that my application was never received or assigned to a specialist

Is this possible? I retired 9/30 and never heard from OPM once during this process, although I started receiving interim payments in November. I recently submitted a service request inquiring about the status and wonder if this update happened in response to that, but there is no other information, and the portal shows that my June payment will still be my interim payment.
