Vanguard Veterans (help)
Please help me figure this out.
I bought an Armageddon box set that includes Vanguard Veterans, whose cards state that they do not have 4+ invl. However, the official app says they can carry 4+ invl shields.
Please help me figure out which rules I should follow.
