So I've been seeing random defects for every single print I do on my K2 Plus for quite some time now and they weren't bothering me as I would just take a file to them but I've started designing and selling some prints and I can't have prints with defects sent out, it's just not right.

I've cleaned and lubed all the rails, I did the bed leveling using the screws and the screws leveling macro, heat soaked the bed for 40 mines and did a full calibration, cleaned and even changed the nozzle, dried the filament for 4 hours and it still has random defects, either blobs or missing filament. Only thing that recently started happening is that every few days it looks like I have to keep increasing the z-offset, I'm now up to 0.21, not sure if it's relevant but it is a problem.

I've been using the same Geeetech PETG since I started 3D printing and never had many issues, if any, I even tried other filament brands and materials but I always get defects. They're always random, not on the same layer or even face, so it's really hard to pin-point it to a specific position on the rails, even the image shown, the left face has the defect at a lower layer than the face on the right.

Print is otherwise smooth, good z-offset for now but I'm expecting other defects by the time it finishes.
