Vanguard Air 99 isnt charging anymore and LEDs keep turning off

My Vanguard Air 99 keyboard is at low battery, in the red and still there after being left to charge all day, as well as the LED lights not staying on anymore and big lag delay in switching the LCD screen image with Fn and Left/Right arrow. Ive updated all the firmware I can for the keyboard and receiver.

I think we can all agree this was a pretty stupid "short"

The teaser clearly is meant to make us think Verosika, even though the horn design is different, but then suddenly its a music video with Chaz? Nah, feels intentionally misleading honestly, Im not sure who's idea it was to tease the music video with this image but it was a bad one.

HELP, why can I still hear the dry signal in the center when I pan?

In Fender Studio Pro, 2 guitars to a Bus, I want them panned L and R 75, but I can still hear a signal in the Center unless I pan them 100. If I pan the bus itself it sounds correct but then obviously both tracks will be on the same side. This doesnt happen with the direct input signal going into the DAW so it's something in Nolly causing this, would loove some help and any ideas on how I can fix this

Video demonstrating the problem, easiest to hear on headphones

How do I route my tracks for proper panning when it's being routed to a bus?

I have 2 guitar tracks going to the same Bus for the same tone, I want them panned L75 and R75, but when I do I can still hear the dry signal in the Center unless I hard pan the track 100 left or right. When I Center the tracks and pan the Bus it sounds correct, only the wet signal, but then both tracks would be panned to the same side, how should I go about fixing this?
