So, apparently I'm very hard of understanding, but can someone explain to me how I get one of the "named" weapons. (Rapier of a thousand cuts or Razor etc)

I have only found blue weapons so far but no plans to craft the "named" weapons.

Is it something they will turn into if I ascend them to purple or what do I have to do to get one of them?
