GE Water Softener issue
I have a GE GXSH40V01 water softener that has leaked from the discharge line (the line water comes out of when it recharges) since day one. It's a really slow leak, so I called GE, and they said anything over 50PSI will cause it to leak. So I dropped the pressure in the house down to 40 PSI, and it still leaked. So I took the valve apart and replaced all the seals, the valve rotor, and it still leaked. I'm guessing there has to be something else wrong with the valve, and I hate the low water pressure lol. Is there a better softener out there that I should replace this with that won't do this?
