Is there a way to get assistance from VIOFO? I’ve submitted tickets, but it seems like they outsourced it to (nice) people of social media.

I recently installed the A229P cameras, and haven’t been able to download to the app. I’ve reached out to CS, but I didn’t receive a response. Today,I’m witnessed an accident, and the insurance company would like a copy.

I do have CarPlay, which I think makes it trickier from something I read. CarPlay starts up as soon as I start the car, so I’m not sure how to turn it off.

I am in need of basic instructions on how to use the app when I have CarPlay. I’d appreciate any insight to it.

That’s it. I’m looking for a dash cam that fits well inside a new Miata.

Questions as I transition back to a Miata (been waiting 17 years for this) for everyday use.

1: my cx9’s steering wheel leather blistered in the hot sun, so I picked at it at stop lights. How do you prevent the blistering? My Grand Touring Miata had the squishy, corded steering wheel and never had an issue, but that doesn’t seem to be an option anymore.

2: Grand Touring vs GT RF? I loved my soft top old one.

I drove our new-ish driver’s car for the first time in a year and noticed a problem. When I put on cruise control, the wheel would “seize” up, and then it was a struggle to steer while the cruise control was set. At first, I thought maybe I’d started to depart the lane, but the struggle persisted and only ended when cc was ended.
What’s going on here, and how do we fix it?
