Advice on Masters Program Fields to Benefit Career in PM?

Good morning all, I’m about 4yrs out of college (30yo, military caused a late start) and have been working at a defense prime since graduation. Currently only have a BS in Comms & Journalism and realize that to improve marketability and practical knowledge, I’ll more than likely end up pursuing a master’s degree.

Right now, I’m only looking at 100% (maybe 80%+ if necessary) online program as I work full time with a wife and kids at home. Only problem is that I have no clue what kind of masters program would make the most sense for me and my goals.

What kind of masters programs make sense for PMs? Obviously CAPM/PMPs are viewed highly, but I’m really trying to get a masters knocked out before life gets even more busy as the little ones grow up.

Are MBAs worth it? MBAs in Project Management any different? Masters of Prof Studies? Organizational Leadership?

Background: Current Finance & Comptrollership O3/CPT in the army reserves (8yrs time in service, prior enlisted too). First job was a Program Integrator (think project/program specialist - leading w/o authority / supporting program performance by coordinating the different functional area leadership / Chief of Staff type role). Current job is as an aviation program sustainment manager (think ensuring parts availability / coordinating with military program leadership, supply chain & vendors to ensure stock and maintain aircraft readiness).

Doing the first job really opened my eyes to PM and loved the overall mission. Now I’m trying to branch transfer into the Army Acquisition Corps and get more formal training in that area.

Just trying to find the balance between rigor (not a STEM major and not a huge fan of taking mathematical heavy degree like engineering / Data Science, etc.), value to career, and knowledge gained.

Possible sale price of similar displays / shadow boxes ?

A while back I made this display case for an army saber of mine. Materials weren’t expensive (red oak 1x3s and backer) and took about a day to accomplish with the braces & foam / felt installation. For something of this nature, or even a shaddowbox / flag display case w/ glass, what would you think a good price to sell them for would be? The ones I see online are going for hundreds, but they are made my much more skilled craftsmen with professional grade cnc / woodshop setups.

Haven’t decided if I’d actually want to do a lot of them, but if it’s profitable enough it might make a good weekend gig to help bring in some cash with the new baby.

Incredible hand engraving work of pupper and family coat of arms

I have always been amazed at the hand-made European shotguns from Italy, GB, Spain, etc and finally splurged a little bit and had my own custom made and hand engraved. On the bottom of the receiver the master engraver put in my first hunting pup, Remy, and then added my family coat of arms to the stock oval. Even though it’s not super intricate detail, for someone to be able to fit an entire coat of arms within a 0.75x1.0” piece of brass, it take amazing skill and experience. Super proud to have something of a quality to pass down to my kids for generations to come

Way to manage two accounts w/ one phone number?

Howdy, I've got a personal Venmo account that I've been using for a few years now and I use it very regularly for basic, day-to-day transactions.

In my day job, we're trying to find a way to streamline membership payments for dues. Currently, members can only pay their dues via traditional invoicing w/ check or wire and its tracked in SAP. This has been a headache due to much higher-levels not attributing payments to the right account.

To fix this, I'd love to create a venmo account for all our members to pay directly w/ their company CC. This would fix 99.999999% of all of our problems.

However, it doesnt seem like theres anyway to operate two Venmo accounts from the same device (phone). the account I'd like to create would be linked to my company's bank acct, otherwise I'd just open a business account under my current profile. I also need a way that I can pass off the torch eventually to the next person and not have it either delete the business account or make the new guy/gal have to create a whole new account.

any idea or work arounds? If its not possible its not possible, but figured I'd see if anyone smarter than I had a good idea.
