Higher than 60hz makes my aim messed up

is there anyone else here having the same feels or any explanation how come 60hz makes my aim better? than having set to 120hz? 60hz feels rough but I choose it over than that.

Im currently playing FPS but i hate really hipfiring pressing the button then separate button to fire and im good doing Ads even though close combat but the thing is, i keep letting the ads button (which is binded to L1) i want to press the same button L1 and L2 or the same as Right as long as it presses along.

im curious if anyone come up with it, i know im not the only one i guess. Im on console and i dont promote any cheating if it relates to that.

I already spent 1000+ hours on this game and still, i feel like there's something weird about aiming. im playing using controller and sometimes im in a situation where im already in a match im doing good at first then suddenly im habing inconsistencies tracking enemy.

im medium main and the most frustrating thing is when there's a millimetre off or a gap, to center the dot to opponent (ADSing) sometimes it's heavy like something or a magnet beside the enemy that messes my aim. am i the only one?

im suspecting aim assist, mostly in a situation where 2 of my enemies beside eachother, it confuses itself lmao. pardon my english but please should i turn off the aim assist completely?
