Hi everyone,

I'm looking for guidance from anyone who has dealt with Meta's business support or legal escalation process.

For the past Six months, our organization's Meta monetization payout account has been on hold following a verification review. Since then, all monetization has stopped, and several months of legitimately earned revenue remains unpaid.

During this period, I have:

Contacted Meta Support dozens of times.

Raised multiple appeals with the Payout Team.

Worked with Meta Pro Support, Payments Support, Advertising Support, and Monetization Support.

Submitted every document they requested, including identity and business verification.

Participated in support calls and screen-sharing sessions.

The only response I continue to receive is that the account "failed the vetting process" due to "unusual activity." However, Meta has never explained what actually failed, what policy was violated, or what corrective action is required. They also state that the decision is final, but provide no meaningful appeal process or escalation path.

This issue is having a serious financial impact on our business, and after six months of trying every official support channel, I feel like I have exhausted all available options.

I'm not looking to attack Meta or create unnecessary controversy. I'm simply trying to understand what options are available in India when a business cannot obtain a clear explanation or resolution through Meta's official support channels.

Filed a complaint against Meta in India?

Approached any regulatory authority or consumer forum?

Used any legal or formal escalation process that resulted in a review?
