Theory: season three will dub Sunfyre as “the cannibal”

Assuming Joffrey Baratheon’s statements about Rhaynera being consumed by her brother’s dragon is correct in the show, the name of that dragon was not disclosed.

It’s obvious the show will differ greatly from the book, as it already has. I believe that while they left Sunfyre at Rooks Rest in order for him to regain his strength he had feasted on the remains of Meleys’ body, while his smoking blood, and the charge scales from Vhagars flame has removed his golden shine and made him black as night.

I’m not asking whether you like this idea, as I already know the answer to that, but how likely do you think this will be? I feel like this will be there attempt to bring Sunfire back from the dead, or at least the dying, and also bring a version of the cannibal to scream since the sewing of the seeds is over.

Remove the small tree in front of the sewer runoff hole

Just hoping someone can remove the small twig like tree in front of the sewer run off hole.

If you can make the sewer run off hole look like a little cave made by the roots of the tree it’s under, would be able to send $10

Possible commissions for pre purchased complete models

Hey everyone,

I purchased some already fully rigged models for both Blender and Maya, and while I would love to learn the ins and outs of it, with the work schedule I have and the amount of time it demands from home I cannot reasonably put in the time needed to learn how to use these programs efficiently. So I am hoping to commission out work. Is this a good place to do so?

I already have fully rigged and completed models, and just would like help putting them in existing photographs.

The project itself is a book that is based on a pseudo scientific secret societies expedition to catalogue and document various fantastical creatures (sea serpents, dragons, trolls etc) so I would need help with positioning the models and convincingly placing them into the photos I take in the field

Is this possible?

Question on the scientific placement of Trolls/Goblins/Ogres

If this kind of post isn’t allowed i apologize, i figured this would be a good place to start:

I am doing research for a book I am making (the second so far), and the premise of these books is to portray a cryptozoological/scientific report of an expedition to catalogue a variety of fantastical creatures, taking inspiration from folklore, mythology and history.

The first book I did focused towards an expedition of Sea Serpents in the North Atlantic (with a focus on a a sea serpent that inspired the Jormungandr myths, i dubbed “Thalassogigas jormungandri”)

The next book I plan to do about Trolls, Ogres, and Goblins.

So my question is, if Trolls, Goblins or Ogres were a real life animal, or creature of some sort, where do you think it would fit in with our established Animal Kingdom? Do you think they could be classified as Mammals, even primates? Reptiles? Or do you think they would be on an entirely new branch?

Curious to hear others thoughts and to discuss.

Thanks!

Looking for an artist who can paint an image similar in style to the first 3 book images, but based on Dragons, to match the color scheme of the 4th image (the perspective book cover)

Hey everyone,

I am trying to plan a spur of the moment trip to Atlantic Canada (I am on my shore time from The ship I work on and my previous plans fell through). I’m hoping I can find some help or recommendations on how to break up my trip to be able to see as much as I can in 13 days (most likely 06MAY-19MAY)

I’ll be driving myself and my dog in my truck from the southeastern USA so I will have reliable transportation while I am there.

Trying to see as much of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, any other places you all may recommend.

Big into seafood, big into sailing/whaling history, also huge into nature but also want to find good night life to meet people as well.

Thank you in advance for any help!
