Curious how are you managing cross-functional decisions??
By that I mean connecting signals across so many systems - Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, Tiktok, Inventory, support, finance etc.
Do you rely on spreadsheets/manual analysis, or are there workflows/tools that genuinely work well once complexity increases?
Trying to understand from experience how you are handling this in practice. Also, i feel this will start hurting the business significantly as we grow further.
