Heater Block Slid Off Heat Break

Edit: Snapmaker have responded and will replace all four hardened nozzles, the cowling and the bed.

Hotend 3 of 4 failed during printing and has damaged the toolhead cowling and the textured PEI plate.

After inspecting the nozzle assembly, I can see the heater block as fallen away from the press-fit heat break, causing it to drop out. Both appear in tact but have just come apart. I believe this must have been caused by a manufacturing defect because the printer has always been operating inside of the temperature and speed limits the printer ships with.

The heater block coming loose caused the nozzle to drag against the bed, then knock off the cowling for the extruder as well as the fan shroud on the tool carriage.

The nozzle has embedded plastic into the textured PEI plate and is impossible to remove, which has ruined the bed.

The toolhead cowling was crushed between the toolhead and a parked toolhead causing it to be deformed and crack.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with the hardened steel nozzles?
