Why does my computer have to turn my room into a sauna the second it’s over 40 degrees outside 😭😭😭

I genuinely have no clue what to do at this point, I leave my window open and it gets hot, I leave it closed with my ac on, it’s still hot, close my door, I sweat all over my chair. I don’t even have to be running a game, I could be in a web browser watching YouTube and my computer just decides it wants to cook me anyways. I talk to my mom about it and she just says “turn it off”. That is not an option for me, what can I do about this evil cube to make it not burn me alive???

It’s a pretty big system, it’s a 12700k with a 3080 and 32 gb of ram. It’s connected to my 4k tv and no other monitors. I power it with a 1000w psu and the 12700k has a 360mm aio

On the fence between getting my oled switch modded or not

I’ve had my oled switch for about 2-3 years now and ever since I got it I haven’t used it a ton, mostly because I’m primarily a pc player and figured I’d just emulate any Nintendo games. Thing is, my gf gave me a modded 2ds months ago and now I can’t stop playing pokemon games to the point that I even picked my switch back up and played some violet, problem is that violet runs and looks kinda bad 💔, I was wondering if it would be worth it to send in to a place to get it modded? My gf is iffy on it cuz she thinks I’d get my account banned and that I’d only play like 5 games but tbh i feel like I’d play a lot more games if I got it modded and I’d also wanna emulate older games on it as well. It’s kinda pricey at 150 bucks but I feel like the cost is well worth it to be able to play the $300+ worth of games I want. Plus I’m sure there’s ways to avoid getting banned (I don’t really care for online features) the only thing id wanna do online is use an android emu for ad free YouTube and anime sites

Looking for work as a tgirl in Iowa

I’m not sure if this is a universal issue, or if it’s just because iowa is one of the worst spots to be rn but I cannot find a job for some reason. I worked at a summer restaurant job out of state since I was 14 (I’m 20 now) and now I can’t even get a call back from Culver’s. I briefly worked at an alternative clothing store but they didn’t pay much or give good hours at all. Is there any good places for trans people to find jobs online or any companies that are lgbtq friendly? I have no plans of college (don’t want debt) and trades kinda scare me (I don’t wanna be surrounded by rednecks in this political climate). I don’t think it rlly matters for employment cuz my legal documents are unchanged but I do pass as a girl and haven’t been misgendered in years
