I was sitting in front of my apartment door both times with a friend, exactly on both attempts, and nobody showed up. Didn't even have an out for delivery status on the second one. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but they've only given me scripted responses to wait one or two more days, no information about the attempts, and no excuses for me not seeing anyone come by. Am I fucked?
All my physical games are gone from my game library besides maybe three of them. I can't see the games in my profile at all either, how much time I have on the game, on the psn app, or anything like it; it's never existed. Thankfully I still have the trophies and save files for the game, but I love collecting games and seeing all the cover art in my library, so this sucks. I tried reinstalling the licensing, which didn't work, and clearing the cache, but that doesn't work either. I'm fucking freaking out; PLEASE HELP.

I pre-ordered the New Year's jacket in a rush because I got the notification randomly for the pre-order and thought it would be sold out, so I bought a Medium when I should have gone for a Small. It doesn't fit me too well. I've been looking on the subreddit and hearing people's horror stories about exchanging with Adidas. For some reason, there's no exchange for the Chinese New Year's jacket, but after hearing the horror stories of them not exchanging or refunding people's money, I'm leaning towards returning and reordering it.The problem is that the next time it will be available is next Wednesday, and it's not going to be a pre-order; it's going to be at launch, so I'm not guaranteed to get one. And if I return it, should I return it through my local Adidas store or FedEx? What do you guys think I should do?? What would you do in my situation?
