Can't fix Micro SD RAW problem

No matter what i try, i can't fix my Micro SD

I can't format it with the disk manager as it just fails inmediatly

Diskpart doesn't work, i put clean, attributes disk clear reandonly, and i can't still format it

I don't care about the content, there is nothing important, i just want my SD to work!

How to recreate this?

I'm trying to recreate this type of effect, the triangle particles coming from below and specially those rays of lights, i tried searching ray of light tutorials but none of them come close to this or maybe i don't know how to search for it

Please i would aprecciate the help
